- Software is in your name. Tools like the texting service or website hosting are billed to your card, so nothing's held hostage. You'll know the exact cost before we start, and we pick the lowest-cost tool that does the job.
- Texting registration. Business texting numbers have to be registered with the phone carriers. We handle the paperwork; it can take a few days to a couple of weeks.
- We draft, you approve. Nothing posts in your name until you've said it's okay.
- Add-ons: each extra location is +50% of the package price. A one-time website refresh on its own is $500.

I don't trust AI. Won't it say something dumb to my customers?
Fair. We wouldn't either. Nothing goes out under your name without your okay. Review replies come to you as drafts. The text-back says only what you approve, word for word. The website chat answers only from a list of answers you sign off on, and anything else gets "give us a call."

Do I have to be good with tech?
No. That's why it's done-for-you. After a 30-minute kickoff, your only job is tapping "approve" on your phone a couple of times a week.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Upkeep is month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Everything we set up stays yours.
Are there other costs besides your fee?
Usually a small software subscription or two, like the texting service or website hosting. Those are billed to your card, in your name, and we'll tell you the exact cost before we start.
Someone already does our website. Do I have to switch?
Not at all. Keep them. We can work alongside them on the phone and review side, and we're happy to send them the checkup so they can fix the website items themselves.
What if it's not worth it?
